Our History

The Voice of Business is the first ever & only student-run business publication at the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. It came into life in 2007 under the mission announcement of "A disclosure from the future professionals."

Founded in May 2007 by students across eight departments of FBS and approved by the Dean and department chairmen, VoB set out to serve as a spokesperson for students — bridging the gap between academia and the corporate world.

What began as a single publication has since grown into a full-fledged business club, arranging seminars, workshops, and knowledge-dissemination programs featuring leading names from the industry — alongside flagship initiatives like the Writing Contest, BRANDrill, and BIZnnovation.
